This is why none of our team are paid any financial incentive to arrange a policy for you.

Instead all of our team is salaried. From reception to accounts departments and everything inbetween. Any bonuses which are paid, are done so based solely on the results of customer satisfaction ratings and feedback. Bonuses will be paid, providing our customer service satisfaction scores remain within a certain banding. This means that it is in our interests to make sure that you understand how your policy works and that we strive to exceed your expectations of levels of customer care.
