IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING ENTERPRISE INSURANCE COMPANY PLC UNDERWRITTEN TYREINSURANCE123 POLICIES (14th December 2016)

Further to our recent information, I am pleased to confirm that all TyreInsurance123 policies previously underwritten by Enterprise Insurance Company PLC have now been transferred to AM Trust International Underwriters Ltd from 0.01AM on 14th December 2016.

A letter confirming this will be sent out from the policy administrators MotorWay Direct PLC confirming these details. Policy terms, claims procedures, transfers, cancellations for the remainder of the period of cover remain exactly the same, with nothing for you to do.

You will have the option to cancel the remainder of the policy, with a pro rata refund issued by the FSCS in accordance with the policy terms and the FSCS limits should you wish. Details of how to request this option will be available in the letter from MotorWay Direct.

We understand that a further letter from Grant Thornton, confirming the cancellation of the Enterprise Insurance cover will also be sent to you now the transfer to AM Trust International has been completed.
